At Brookridge, we offer simple, transparent month-to-month pricing with no buy-in fees or long-term leases. This flexible approach allows you the freedom to choose where you live today—and the confidence to adjust your care in the future if your needs change.
The variety of services and support available at Brookridge allows residents to create a lifestyle that fits their individual needs, while giving families peace of mind knowing additional care is available when needed.
Apartment Rates
Month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
Non-refundable fee used to secure the apartment prior to move-in. If plans change before move-in, it remains fully refundable until the day of move-in.
What’s Included
Your monthly rate includes:
- Three meals served daily
- Light housekeeping services
- Scheduled transportation
- Dish Network television service
- All utilities included (excluding personal telephone)
Assisted Living Pricing
Assisted Living rates are determined based on an individual care assessment and the level of support services required. This ensures each resident receives personalized care tailored to their specific needs.
